Quercus dentata ‘Pinnatifida’

Quercus dentata ‘Pinnatifida’

Japanese Emperor Oak - Pinnatifida

A very unique cutleaf variety of a Japanese Emperor Oak! Very large (up to 12″ long), deeply divided leaves emerge with a pinkish tinge in the spring before maturing grayish-green. During the fall, the leaves transition to a amber-yellow colouration. It’s foliage is truly special, giving it a feathery-fernlike appearance. Slow, grows 15′ high by 12′ wide.
