Fagus sylvatica ‘Roseomarginata’

European Beech - Tricolor

A variegated, medium-sized European Beech. Purple leaves emerge with creamy white and pink along the leaf edges. The amount of variegation can vary from leaf to leaf. Typically leaves take on a more bronzy-purple hue by summer but other times the leaves can hold strong with their variegation. Foliage turns to coppery-red in the fall. Grows 40′ high by 25′ wide.
