A dwarf Himalayan Cedar with exquisite colouration! Ivory-white new spring foliage matures creamy-yellow. Protection from the hot afternoon sun is recommended. Dense mound which eventually gains a leader. Grows 3′ high by 2′ wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by William Goddard of Floravista Gardens, British Columbia in 1981.
