Acer palmatum ‘Orido nishiki’
Japanese Maple - Richly Colored Fabric of the Master
A variegated Japanese Maple with medium sized leaves. The leaves emerge green in the spring with combinations of pink, white and cream and the amount of each colour can greatly vary leaf to leaf. Leaf lobes that have a colouration seem to have a curve to them. New bark can occasionally give strips of pink in it. Fall colour is red. Upright, growing 10′ high by 5′ wide in a 10 year period.
