Acer palmatum dissectum ‘Lionheart’
Japanese Maple - Cutleaf - Lionheart
A most unqiue weeping Japanese Maple. When young the plant has an upwards habit similar to ‘Seiryu’, however, with age, it does sprawl outwards and downwards creating a cascading affect. Spring and summer foliage colours resemble that of ‘Crimson Queen’, a nice purplish-red turning crimson in the fall. Stake to desired size.
