Himalayan Pine - Zebrina
A large growing variegated Himalayan Pine. Soft, long silvery-green needles are flecked with yellow bands throughout. Pyramidal, grows 12′ high by 8′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Originated as a seedling selected by Croux Nursery, France in 1874.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Plant in a protected area out of the prevailing winds, as being exposed in winter winds can lead to desiccation.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
