NATIVAR – A dwarf Pacific Silver Fir which forms a low spreading mound of overlapping arching branches with dark green foliage. Grows 1′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by Blijdenstein Pinetum of the Netherlands before 1960.

Special Notes
Exposure: Prefers full sun to partial shade.
Soil: Prefers acidic, moist but well draining workable soil. Dislikes extremes such as wet or bone-dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective trimming only when needed.
