Origin
Parentage unknown. Originated from seed collected in Fukushima, Japan before 2000. Introduced by Iseli Nursery of Oregon. Named after the Native American name for Mt. St. Helens, Washington.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun to Full Shade.
Soil: Prefers moist, well draining, acidic soils. Dislikes heavy compacted clay and dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
