NATIVAR – A dwarf globe Canadian Hemlock. Dark green mature needles are contrasted with bright creamy-white new young foliage which persists into fall. Bushy, grows 4′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by Otto Gentsch of New York before 1969.

Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun to Full Shade.
Soil: Prefers moist, well draining, acidic soils. Dislikes heavy compacted clay and dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
