Rhododendron - Percy Wiseman
A delightful elepidote, medium growing Rhododendron. 2″ flowers emerge cream blushed with peachy-pink, fading with age to give a plethora of colours. Blooms midseason in trusses of 13-15 flowers. Glossy green leaves emerge with indumentum. Grows 3′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Seedling of (Rhododendron yakushimanum x Rhododendron 'Fabia Tangerine') crossed with itself. Bred by J. Waterer of England in 1969.
Special Notes
Exposure: Morning Sun, afternoon shade or all day filtered light. Protect from the hot mid-day sun. Protect from the prevailing winter winds, plant in a sheltered location.
Soil: A very acidic, moist but well draining soil is required. Avoid heavy compacted soils such as clay.
Maintenance: Selective pruning right after flowering in done. Dead-heading is recommended for increased flower production the following year.
