Pseudolarix amabilis
Golden Larch
A large growing, quite rare conifer. While not a true Larch, the appearance does resemble it but with larger leaves and cones appearing in clusters. Forms a pyramidal tree of light green foliage which turns golden yellow in fall before shedding. Grows 10′ high by 7′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Native to Eastern China.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Prefers moist, well draining, acidic soils. Dislikes heavy compacted clay.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
