A dwarf, spreading Bamboo. Very similar to Pleioblastus pygmaeus except the leaves fan outwards mimicking the appearance of fern or palm leaves. Expect it to reach 2′ high once established, potentially to 4′ high.

Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or filtered light.
Soil: Tolerant of most soils. Avoid bone-dry soils. They enjoy their old leaves being left on the ground as a natural mulch/fertilizer.
Maintenance: We recommend mowing it down each spring to help encourage dense growth.
