NATIVAR – A dwarf Eastern White Pine which features long cones on young plants. Long blue-green needles are soft to the touch. Grows 3′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Originated by Barabits, M of Hungary before 1992.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils. Intolerant to salt.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
