Origin

Parentage unknown. Found as a witch's broom by Dr. Sidney Waxman of Connecticut before 1978.

Special Notes

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.

Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils. Intolerant to salt.

Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
