A large strong growing Japanese White Pine. Straight silver-blue needles with cones appearing at a young age. Grows 10-15′ high by 6′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Originated at Von Gimborn Arboretum, Netherlands before 1969.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
