A dwarf Japanese White Pine with short, 1/2″-3/4″ blue-green needles. Narrow conical, grows 3.5-5′ high by 2.5-3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Originated from Kobe Arboretum of Tokyo, Japan. Introduced by Kenwith Nursery, UK in 1986.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
