NATIVAR – An even smaller and slower form of the Dwarf Alberta Spruce! Short green needles with a light blue cast forms a very dense conical pyramid. Grows 2′ high by 1′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Found as a sport of Picea galuca 'Conica' by W. Goddard of Canada before 1982.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun. Protect from prevailing winter winds.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
