Parentage unknown. Discovered and introduced by Buchholz Nursery of Oregon in 1985.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
