Dawn Redwood - Silhouette
A semi-dwarf, columnar, variegated Dawn Redwood. Creamy-white new spring foliage matures variegated with white and green by summer before turny bronze in fall and shedding. Grows 8′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Discovered by Bas Treffers, of the Netherlands in 2001.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers moist slightly acidic soils. Able to withstand swampy soil conditions.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
Group: Intermediate
Similar but not the same as Metasequoia glyptostroboides ‘Little Creamy’.
