Sweetbay Magnolia - Northern Belle

A very cold hardy selection of the Sweetbay Magnolia! Able to withstand temperatures as low as -37°C (-35°F). Dark green leaves are typically evergreen aside from extreme cold temperatures. Lemon scented white flowers appear during June and July and are larger than the species. The flowers are followed by red fruit and orange berries in the fall. Grows 30′ high by 20′ wide.
