Japanese Larch - Blue Rabbit
A large growing Japanese Larch which forms a narrow pyramidal structure. Exceptional blue tinged needles turn golden yellow in fall before shedding. Violet new cones add a welcome contrast before maturing to an orange-brown colour. Grows 10′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by Leen Konijn Nursery, the Netherlands around 1960s.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers moist slightly acidic soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
