Cornus x ‘Stellar Pink’
Hybrid Flowering Dogwood - Stellar Pink®
A vigorous Hybrid Flowering Dogwood which produces pink bracts (flowers). The deepness of the pink colouration is dependent on spring temperatures. Green leaves turn yellow and red with a hint of purple during fall. Does not produce fruit. Grows 23′ high by 18′ wide.

Origin
Hybrid seedling between an unnamed Cornus kousa and Cornus florida 'Sweetwater'. Developed by Rutgers University before 1988.

Cornus x 'Rutgan'
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done in the spring right after the flowers finish. Do not trim summer or afterwards as, you will be removing next springs flower buds.
