Ghost Dogwood
Such an exquisite and unusual Dogwood! Mature grayish-white bark exfoliates with age creating a ghostly like eye-catching appearance. Semi-evergreen, 4″ green leaves have white undersides. Clusters of small white flowers appear in spring followed by purple-black berries during the fall. Grows 20′ – 40′ high by 20′ – 30′ wide.

Origin
Native to central and southeastern China.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done in the spring right after the flowers finish. Do not trim summer or afterwards as, you will be removing next springs flower buds.
