Pawpaw - Ford Amend
NATIVAR – A classic older variety of Pawpaw. Produces green-yellow fruit with orange flesh which are flavourful. A very early fruit ripening variety. Large green leaves turn yellow in fall. Grows 12-15′ high and wide.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Wild seedling selected and introduced in Portland, Oregon in the early 1950s.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Tolerant of various soils including excess moisture.
Maintenance: Selective pruning only to build shape which may result in loss of flower/fruits for the first year when done.
