American Persimmon - Golden Delight™
An American Persimmon variety noted for having larger fruits, more flavour and an earlier ripening season than the species. Fruits are almost double the size than most other (virginiana) varieties. Dark green leaves with a slight blue hue turn shades of yellow-orange-red-purple in the fall. Grows 40′ high by 25′ wide.

Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Prefers moist, well draining soils. Dislikes heavy compacted clay.
Maintenance: Selective pruning only to build shape which may result in loss of flower/fruits for the first year when done.
