Japanese Maple - Ornamental Dragon's Head
A compact, dwarf Japanese Maple. Bunched, tightly overlapping leaves emerge pale green in the spring with a faint pink tinge. By the summer the leaves are dark green with brick red lobe tips becoming orange-yellow in fall. Grows 5′ high by 4′ wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
