Japanese Maple - Golden Thread
A semi-dwarf Japanese Maple with ribbon-style leaves. Very narrowly lobed leaves emerge a light green in spring and mature darker green by summer. In the fall, the foliage changes to stunning orange-yellow colours from which it gets its name from. Grows 7′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
