Acer palmatum ‘Jubilee’
Japanese Maple - Jubilee
A semi-dwarf reticulated Japanese Maple. Think of it as a more pinker version of ‘Purple Ghost’. New spring leaves emerge purple with pink and white overlays. The leaves transition to green with a white and pink covering by summer until the fall when they transform again into scarlet red. Grows 8′ high by 6′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Seedling from Acer palmatum 'Purple Ghost'. Found and introduced by Buchholz Nursery, Oregon in 2015.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
