Acer palmatum dissectum ‘Jeddeloh Orange’
Japanese Maple - Cutleaf - Jeddeloh Orange
A really hidden gem of a weeping Japanese Maple. New green spring foliage is edged with orange-red colourations given it a variegated look unseen in pretty much any other cutleaf variety. While the original foliage turns green by summer, new growth flushes bringing back the spring colouration. In the fall, the leaves turn yellow overlaid with orange. Stake to desired size.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by Jeddeloh Nursery in Germany.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
