Acer palmatum ‘Cosmos’
Japanese Maple - Cosmos
One of the most heavily variegated Japanese Maples. Green leaves are coated with splashes of pink and white variegation. Colouration should persist into summer but maybe a bit more subdue. During fall, vibrant orange colours are displayed. Grows 7′ high by 5′ wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
