Vine Maple - Sunny Sister
NATIVAR – A semi-dwarf Vine Maple. New spring leaves emerge golden-yellow with hues of pink and apricot. As the foliage matures, the leaves change to more of a limy-green by summer. Eventually transitioning to yellows and oranges in the fall. Grows 6′-7′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Discovered by Floyd McMulen of Portland, Oregon. Introduced by Buchholz Nursery, Oregon
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
