NATIVAR – A weeping Vine Maple! New spring foliage emerges red and matures to bright green by summer. Fall foliage is spectacular consisting of a mix of red, orange, yellow and some hints of purple. Stake to desired height.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Introduced by Gary Handy of Oregon. Named after his grandson.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light. Protected from the hot mid-day sun.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
