A dwarf Fraser Fir with a compact, low spreading form. Glossy green needles are shorter than the species. Purple new cones are held upright on branches. Grows 2′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Introduced by Raraflora Nursery, Pennsylvania around 1970.

Special Notes
Exposure: Prefers full sun to partial shade.
Soil: Prefers acidic, moist but well draining workable soil. Dislikes extremes such as wet or bone-dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective trimming only when needed.
