
Acer palmatum ‘Lozita’
Japanese Maple - Lozita
A bushy large growing upright Japanese Maple that features rose-red new spring leaves that mature to a dark mahogany, almost black in the summer. New bright red leaves during the summer compliment the older darker foliage. Fall brings in a wonderful scarlet colour. Grows 8′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed, can be done during winter up until early August.
