Acer palmatum ‘Kotobuki’
Japanese Maple - Traditional Japanese Theatre
A Japanese Maple with a willowy like branching structure. Green variegated leaves are covered in pink and white splotches. Each leaf can be different, some completely pink while others may be almost entirely green or a mix of all three colours! This colouration can fade a bit but a second flush of foliage will bring back the pink even more so than the original flush. Fall colouration is reds and oranges. Grows 6′ high by 5′ wide in a 10 year period.
