Japanese Maple - Thousand Year Mountain

A somewhat cascade style of Japanese Maple with large deeply divided leaves and double tooth margins. Dark red leaves emerge in the spring and turn bronzy-green by summer. Fall brings out a bright crimson colour. Grows 6′ high by 8′ wide in a 10 year period.

Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining slightly acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
