Silver Fir - Green Spiral
A semi-dwarf, upright weeping Silver Fir. Very narrow with short spiralling side branches of dark green needles. Needles are shorter and denser than the species. Grows 8′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Original plant received by Secrest Arboretum of Wooster, Ohio in 1916.

Special Notes
Exposure: Prefers full sun to partial shade.
Soil: Prefers acidic, moist but well draining workable soil. Dislikes extremes such as wet or bone-dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective trimming only when needed.
