A dwarf variegated Japanese White Pine. Blue-green needles are heavily variegated with white. White new growth is accentuated by pink candles. One of the most stunning variegated cultivars. Grows 2′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Very old cultivar from Japan.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
