Mariorika Spruce - Machala
A dwarf Mariorika Spruce which is a hybrid between the Serbian Spruce (Picea omorika) and Black Spruce (Picea mariana). Forms a flatten mound of two-tone (blue and green) needles. Grows 2′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Found as a seedling at the Conifer Nursery in Czech Republic by František Machala before 1963.

Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers slightly acidic soils.
