Maidenhair Tree - Bernheim Broom
A male, semi-dwarf Maidenhair Tree. Small, 4cm fan-shaped leaves are cupped so that the ends closely-overlap. Green foliage turns yellow in fall. Irregular growth habit, growing 8′-9′ high by 6′-8′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Found as a witch's broom at The Bernheim Forest and Arboretum of Kentucky.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Tolerant of various soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to early August.
