Chamaecyparis obtusa ‘Goldilocks’
Cypress - Hinoki - Goldilocks
A semi-dwarf golden Hinoki Cypress which is similar to ‘Crippsii’ but slower growing and more dense. Forms a pyramidal shape of yellow fan-like foliage. Grows 8′ high by 5′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Originated as a branch sport of Chamecyparis obtusa 'Nana Lutea' found by F.J. Grootendorst & Sons Nurseries of The Netherlands before 1978.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun or filtered light.
Soil: Tolerant of various well draining soils, preferring slightly acidic.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to early August.
