NATIVAR – A dwarf Canadian Hemlock. Forms a compact mound of bright white new growth with inner foliage showing lighter white tones/greens. Foliage takes on a blush of pink during winter. Grows 3′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by Ed Wood of Oregon in 2000.
Special Notes
Exposure: Part Sun to Full Shade.
Soil: Prefers moist, well draining, acidic soils. Dislikes heavy compacted clay and dry soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
