A male, dwarf Anglo-Japanese Yew. One of the most common used cultivars for hedging. Forms a wide dense mound of rich green foliage. Grows 4′ high by 6′ wide in a 10 year period or trim to your desired size.

Parentage unknown. Listed by Hoogendoom Nursery of Rhode Island in 1951.

Exposure: Full Sun to Full Shade.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Dislikes constantly wet soils.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
