NATIVAR – A dwarf Eastern White Pine with a semi-open, upright habit. Short, twisted fluffy needles create a tufted look. Compact, grows 3′ high by 1.5′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Found by Greg Williams of Vermont before 2000.
Special Notes
Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Well workable, moist but well draining acidic soil. Dislikes heavy clay soils. Intolerant to salt.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
