A dwarf mounding Mugo Pine. Light green needles are short and turn bright gold during winter. One of the best golden winter coloured pines. Grows 1.5′ high by 2′ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Seedling selected by Erwin Carsten of Varel, Germany. Introduced by Hachmann Nursery, Germany before 1988.
