Bristlecone Pine - Sherwood Compact
A dwarf Bristlecone Pine which grows into a dense pyramidal shape. Dark green needles are shorter than the species and contain no resin. Grows 2′ high by 16″ wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Parentage unknown. Seedling selection made by Andy Sherwood of Oregon in the early 1980s.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun or all day indirect/filtered light.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils.
Maintenance: Candling is done to new spring shoots before the needles fully emerge.
