A semi-dwarf Colorado Blue Spruce with blue-green needles all year except for in the spring. New foliage emerges a ghostly-white. Protection from the hot afternoon sun is recommended. Conical habit, grows 6′ high by 3′ wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Introduced by Buchholz Nursery, Oregon in 1990.
