A semi-dwarf, compact Dawn Redwood forming a nice large round globe. Congested branches of green feathery foliage tinged with bronze. Foliage turns completely bronzy-orange in fall before shedding. Grows 6′ high and wide in a 10 year period.

Origin
Found as a witch's broom on Metasequoia glyptostroboides (species) at Dawes Arboretum, Ohio around 2010.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers moist slightly acidic soils. Able to withstand swampy soil conditions.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
