Metasequoia glyptostroboides ‘Blueish’
Dawn Redwood - Bluish
A large growing, Dawn Redwood with blue-tinged foliage! Finer foliage than the species features light blue-green colouration. Foliage turns orangey-bronze in fall before shedding. Pyramidal, grows 15′ high by 6′ wide in a 10 year period.

Parentage unknown. Discovered by Bas Treffers, of the Netherlands in 2001.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Prefers moist slightly acidic soils. Able to withstand swampy soil conditions.
Maintenance: Selective pruning as needed from spring to July.
