Parentage unknown. Raised from Russian Seed at D. Hill Nursery of California in 1933.

Exposure: Full Sun to Part Sun.
Soil: Adaptable to various soils. Likes slightly acidic.
Maintenance: If desired, trim to shape by shearing/pruning during spring till July.
